1. The platform
On A Boat Again connects boat owners with renters across South Florida. We facilitate introductions and a one-time connection fee; the charter agreement itself is between the owner and the renter.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Renters claiming a boating certification must upload supporting documentation. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and compliance with applicable boating regulations.
3. Fees & payments
A one-time connection fee applies per owner–renter pair and is non-refundable once both parties have paid. All other charter payment terms are arranged directly between the owner and renter.
4. Documents & signatures
Owners may require renters (or everyone in the group) to sign documents before a charter. Bookings are confirmed once required signatures are complete.
5. Liability
On A Boat Again is an introduction platform and is not a party to the charter. Use of any vessel is at your own risk and subject to the owner's terms and waivers.
